We understand your time away from the office is valuable. That's why we created GTM West's schedule to maximize networking opportunities over the span of two-and-a-half days. It's fast-paced but it's effective and efficient.

How does it work?   

During the event, you'll participate in GTM West's three pillars: one-on-one appointments, Boardroom presentations and networking events.

  • Appointments: You'll have up to 50 one-on-one 6-minute appointments with various global travel suppliers. Appointments are pre-scheduled based on mutual interest.  
  • Boardrooms: Twelve suppliers will be assigned at random to give 30-minute product presentations to you and your fellow Boardroom members. The intimate setting allows for interaction, collaborative discussion and information sharing. 
  • Networking: During sponsored meal functions and evening events where you'll hear from featured suppliers while also having the opportunity to network with other top-sellers.
